John Blerot began his sound recording education at the age of 16 and has been working with audio professionally for more than 25 years. With a diploma in Music and Recording Arts from MacEwan University, John is both a musician and audio engineer, with the unique ability to receive the world through sound.
Having acquired experience in a multitude of formats, from museum installation to feature film, there is no project John is not equipped to tackle. He has a strong understanding of the technical and creative elements involved in audio production, and he has the skill to balance both. He delivers audio that will stand up to the toughest technical specifications without sacrificing the creative vision behind it.
Possessing a strong ability to collaborate with clients in order to understand their needs, John can identify the audio related necessities clients may not be aware they have.
The recipient of seven Alberta Motion Picture Industry Awards and nearly 30 nominations, his position as a premiere audio authority is well established.
